OUR HISTORY
Our story begins with Monica Neri, who, through a specific educational path culminating in Canada, earns two degrees and a master's in the agri-food sector.
Thanks to these experiences, Monica discovered and delved into the health benefits of legumes and their culinary versatility.
In 2015, with the aim of promoting them through nutrition and combining creativity, study, and passion, she founded 'Itineri, new food paths' in Albizzate, giving life to the GUSTO BENESSERE® project.
